General Pest Control

Carpenter Bees

Carpenter bees can cause real wood damage if ignored. Dan shows how to identify active holes, apply the right treatments, and prevent them from coming back using simple DIY steps.

Gnats & Fruit Flies

Gnats and fruit flies usually come from moisture or organic buildup. Learn how to eliminate breeding sources and knock them down fast using safe, effective DIY methods.

Wasps & Hornets

Wasps and hornets are aggressive and can be dangerous if handled wrong. Dan walks through when DIY is safe, what products actually work, and how to avoid getting stung.

Spiders

Most spiders are a sign of other pest activity, not the main problem. This video shows how to reduce spiders by treating entry points, webs, and food sources the right way.

Bed Bugs

Bed bugs are one of the hardest pests to eliminate. Dan explains how to identify them early, what DIY steps help, and when professional treatment is absolutely necessary.

Ants & Carpenter Ants

Ants don’t just wander in — they invade for a reason. Learn how to find the source, use the correct baiting strategy, and stop recurring infestations.

Yellow Jackets

Yellow jackets nest underground and get aggressive fast. Dan explains how to locate nests safely and treat them correctly without making the problem worse.

Overwintering Pests

Boxelder bugs invade homes seasonally and love sunny walls. This video shows how to prevent them, seal entry points, and reduce infestations with DIY treatments.

TermiteShield & Wood Destroying Insect Reports

DIY termite treatment focuses on reducing risk and slowing activity, not eliminating a colony. Homeowners can lower pressure by correcting conducive conditions like wood-to-soil contact, excess mulch or debris near the foundation, and high moisture around or under the home, while maintaining proper drainage and ventilation. You can also monitor for mud tubes and visible activity, but because subterranean termites live underground and can enter anywhere, DIY methods are preventive and temporary—full elimination and long-term protection typically require professional treatment.

Our WDIR inspection covers termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powderpost beetles, and other wood-destroying insects. We inspect all structures on the property and document any signs of active infestation or conditions conducive to infestation, including wood-to-ground contact, excess moisture, siding at or below grade, and structural entry points. All findings are photographed, clearly noted (including foundation type), and entered into our system. Results are communicated to the realtor, buyer, and home inspector before we leave the property to ensure full transparency and no surprises at closing.
